Letitia Henderson, MSW
Founder/Owner
Letitia, a native Oaklander, is a powerful, skilled, and connected community leader who has an exceptional ability to bring people together for community building and mutually enriching outcomes. Letitia launched Exceptional Community Connections in 2015 to expand her ability to help human service systems authentically partner with traditionally marginalized communities. Letitia’s goal is to create and facilitate spaces that increase social capital and equity for the common good.
Her project leadership experience includes more than 20 years of mid-senior level management experience in the field of Human Services at the following public and private agencies: Casey Family Programs, Oakland Housing Authority, Alameda County Probation Department, and Lincoln Families. She holds an MSW from the University of California, Berkeley, and is an Alumna of the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Development and Leadership at the University of Arizona Global Campus.
Miriam Warwell
Executive Assistant
Miriam holds a degree in Business Administration and brings over six years of experience in administrative and operations roles. She has supported both individuals and businesses in driving growth through strong organization, efficient project management, and collaborative team support. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Miriam excels at creating streamlined processes and managing priorities in fast-paced environments.
Fransisca El-mann
Bookkeeper
Fransisca El-mann is the owner of Dash Mann Bookkeeping. She launched her own small business in July of 2023 and is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor. With a background in billing and collections, this Mom of 2 takes pride in helping other small business owners understand their overall financial position. Fransisca primarily helps Marketing & Advertising and Consulting based business owners with organizing financial records, analyzing financial information, account reconciliation, A/P and A/R to name a few.
She's lived in the Carroll & Baltimore County area for 20 years, and when she's not enjoying the company of her husband and 2 small kids, she is spending time with friends, reading, watching movies or building Legos and exploring local craft breweries.
